Planning & booking
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form. We reply with a plan and a clear price, and nothing is confirmed until you say yes.
Does enquiring cost anything?
No. There’s no payment and no obligation at the enquiry stage.
How far ahead should I plan?
A day or two works for a single walk or trek. Multi-day journeys, weddings and peak-season travel want more lead time — ask, and we’ll tell you honestly what your dates allow.
Can I change the plan after it’s drafted?
Yes. Swap, add and slow things down as much as you like before anything is booked.
Prices
Are the prices on this site final?
The rates shown are indicative per-person starting rates from our 2026 tariff. We confirm the exact price in writing before you pay anything.
Why do some experiences show no price?
Weddings, caravans, offsites, workations, coach sightseeing and multi-day journeys depend on group size, dates and stays. We quote those in plain numbers once we know the details.
What’s included in a quote?
Everything the plan names — guides, tickets, refreshments and transport where listed — itemised, so you can see what you’re paying for.
On the ground
How fit do I need to be?
Tea walks and soft hikes suit most ages. Chokramudi and Meesapulimala want reasonable fitness. Tell us about your group honestly and we’ll point you at the right one.
What if the weather turns?
Hill weather is part of the deal. Our guides make the call for safety, not for the schedule, and we re-plan with you rather than push on.
Are children and older travellers welcome?
Yes, on most experiences. Tell us the ages and we’ll shape the route and the pace.
Will we definitely see wild elephants?
No — and be wary of anyone who promises you will. We time visits for when sightings are most common, and keep a respectful distance when they happen.
About us
Who actually runs the trips?
Four founders with 25+ years of combined Kerala tourism experience — an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a member of Munnar Destination Makers — working with trusted local guides and partners.
Is there one point of contact?
Yes. One WhatsApp thread covers your whole trip — planning, timings, changes and support while you travel.
What is “one booking = one tree”?
For every booking we plant a tree — our small, ongoing contribution to the hills we sell.
